GREETINGS AND SALUTATIONS!

My Story
I was born in Louisville, Kentucky, living with my sister, my mom, dad, my two beloved ferrets, cat, and dog. As soon as I entered elementary school I kept getting in trouble for singing too loudly in music class and singing along to recital songs at my dance studio. From there, my path to becoming a theatre freak was sealed. I auditioned for both classical voice conservatory and theatre schools, and ultimately decided on Northern Kentucky University for a BFA in Musical Theatre where I am currently a senior. During my time at NKU, I met my mentor Gina Cerimele-Mechley, the head of Cincinnati Actor's Studio and Academy where I fell in love with acting technique, teaching, and stage combat.

As I approach graduation, I hope to further my educational journey by gaining professional credits and pursuing a MFA in Acting. My philosophy is that musical theatre should always be acting centered at its core, alongside with having beautiful singing and dancing. The story is what helps us connect with the characters, and the music and the script is vehicle for expressing it. I hope to bring this philosophy to all projects that I am a part of, along with educating musical theatre performers on the importance of safe stage combat and intimacy.
